Natalya Monyok

Morgana Price loves the spooky and the beautiful. She often takes her dark and freaky dreams and turns them into stories—much like her entries in this anthology. As the alter ego of author Alicia Morley Dodson, Price’s name was inspired by Morgana of Arthurian legends and the surname of Price from the late and great Vincent Price—whose laugh at the end of Michael Jackson’s “Thriller” gives her goosebumps. This is Price’s first publication @morganapriceofficial. She fantasizes being a gothic goddess adorned in red and black gowns with rubies, black opal, and onyx. When she’s not writing, she’s watching movies, enjoying amateur flora photography, and baking cupcakes.

Ginevra Mancinelli

Robin Knabel is a horror author who covers her eyes during scary movies as well as the owner and editor of Inky Bones Press. Her short fiction has appeared in There’s No Escape, Who’s Listening?, Are You Watching?, Captured, The Web, Lurking, Exposed Bone Lit Mag, Darkness 101: Lessons Were Learned, The Raven Review, Hope Screams Eternal, Autumn Noir, Summer Bludgeon, Still of Winter, and has placed in the Writer’s Digest Your Story Contest. Robin recently published Dark Decades, a 6-anthology horror collection, through Inky Bones Press. You'll find her upcoming work in Darkness 102: Advanced Lessons Were Learned, and she's working on her own short horror collection. She enjoys sharing book reviews and photography on robinknabel.com and can usually be found sipping coffee while being weighed down by a cat (or two).

Austin Slade Perry

Writing has a unique power, and Alex Child is just smart enough to know that he’s nowhere near smart enough to accurately describe it. Between working half as hard as he should and twice as hard as required at his day job, he continues pursuing that indescribable emotional swell from relating to a literary character and sharing their experiences. He hopes his story brings you even just a portion of that rush.

Edward Suggs

As an award-winning author, Edward is passionate about crafting strange and intriguing tales that encourage readers to look beyond the surface. Alongside writing, he finds joy in making music, using it to express emotions and ideas that words alone can’t capture. Through both his stories and music, he strives to inspire fresh perspectives and new ways of seeing the world.

Gregory R. Marshall

Gregory writes fiction that confronts injustice, intolerance, and bigotry. He is interested in the boundaries between fact and fiction, and the way that contemporary internet culture and media have obscured the concepts of reality and truth. He is the author of Torn Veil, Fables of Failure, and the Rainer series.

Garrett K. Jones

Garrett lives in Central California with his family.  He holds a Bachelor of Arts from California State University, Monterey Bay in Creative Writing, and he holds an MAR from Liberty University Theological Seminary with a focus on Biblical Studies. He hosts the Story Tellers podcast and is a co-host on War of the Stars (A Star Wars Podcast).

Patrick Moody

Patrick is the author of two novels, The Gravedigger’s Son and Creatures of Clay. His short fiction has appeared in numerous anthologies, including a collection in the H.P. Lovecraft mythos. His stories “A Feast For Saint Hubert”, “Ten Little Indians”, and “The Doctor in the Dungeon” have been produced as audio dramas. When not searching for B-horror flicks or participating in historical reenactments, you can find him lurking somewhere outside New Haven, Connecticut.

L. J. Duncan

L. J. Duncan hit the market with his controversial introduction to the Soteria trilogy, End of Pride, released in 2020. The subsequent titles Dawn of Envy and Fall of Wrath concluded the dystopian trilogy in the following year. His interest in heavy-hitting literature and cinema has helped fuel his no-holds-barred approach to storytelling. He lives in South Australia with his wife and two daughters. Outside writing, he's an adventurer at heart. For L. J. Duncan, a good book is like a wilderness adventure. It provides escapism. That's what we all search for. Welcome to Soteria.

Zach Festini

Zach is an independent author from Connecticut. After being introduced to tabletop role-playing games at a young age, his passion for telling good stories flourished into a years-long collection of short fiction. Blurred is his first story in print. Always having an affinity toward sci-fi and apocalyptic themes, Zach is working to complete a full-length novel in the coming years. In the meantime, though, you can find him enjoying craft beer, contributing to his Dungeons and Dragons universe, or just out hiking a local trail.
